Connect your work email

About 5 minutes

When your mailbox is connected, emails you send from Meira 16, like task alerts, client emails, campaigns and greetings, come from your own address, and replies come straight back to you.

Gmail or Outlook

Open Settings and find Your work email.
Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
Sign in and allow access. You'll come back to Meira 16 with your mailbox connected.

Any other work email (cPanel, Zoho, Yahoo and others)

Open Settings and choose Connect work email.
Pick your provider from the list. Meira 16 fills in the server details for the common ones.
Enter your email and password, then save.

Gmail and Yahoo need an app password, not your normal password. For Gmail: turn on 2-Step Verification, then create one at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords.

Emails not going out?

Check the mailbox still shows as connected in Settings. Passwords that change need updating here too.
Open Email and look at the outbox. Failed emails show the reason and can be retried.
